About Me
Jess (she/her) is a warm and non-judgemental clinician who focuses on understanding individual concerns and goals in context, before working collaboratively to plan treatment. Her flexible approach adapts to each person, and draws from evidence-based treatments including self-compassion, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion focused therapy, internal family systems, eye movement desensitisation reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness. Experienced in treating various mental health issues including mood, anxiety, trauma responses, and relationship concerns, Jess is sex-positive, neurodiversity affirming, and LGBTIQ+ friendly.
