About Me

In my work as a Clinical Psychologist, I value building an authentic therapeutic relationship where people feel safe to explore parts of their inner world in a non-judgemental and empathic space. I aim to work from a collaborative, person-centred approach, to help people develop a deeper understanding of themselves and underlying patterns that may be causing emotional suffering. I adopt an integrative approach mainly informed by relational and emotion-focussed frameworks, particularly Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). I have experience working with adults and young people experiencing a range of emotional difficulties across both public and private settings, and I'm most passionate about working with my clients to achieve emotional wellbeing, with the aim of lasting change.
