About Me

I am a registered Psychologist who is passionate about creating safe and transformative therapeutic spaces where people will feel deeply heard and respected, and where together, we will work to facilitate healing, growth and purpose, always based on your individual needs, barriers, aspirations and experiences. My work is grounded in anti-oppressive principles, recognising that individual wellbeing is shaped by the society we live in, our own personal circumstances, and the intersecting identities with which we walk through the world. I have over 17-years-experience in the community services sector in Australia and Latin America in both direct service and leadership roles in education, sexual assault, homelessness and therapeutic youth work. In this time my work has focused on developmental and complex trauma, family violence, adoptee experiences and men and women’s mental health. As a therapist I work with children, young people and adults, both individually and in groups settings. I have facilitated men and women’s mental health and wellbeing groups. I am experienced in a wide range of presentations including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions and stress.
