About Me

I took a winding road to be where I am today and I hope my clients benefit from my belief that there are many ways to reach a destination. I really think people are wonderfully courageous and I try to hold that mirror up for clients to see. I enjoy working with a whole range of different concerns and collaborating with my clients to tailor treatment to their needs and goals. I work with young adults, adults, couples, adolescents, and children (5+ and older) and their parent(s)/carer(s). My counselling approach blends proven therapeutic models such as cognitive-behavioural, acceptance and commitment, interpersonal, and solution-focused frameworks with progress monitoring and a feedback informed approach. What that looks like for you is a focus on getting to know you and what’s been happening with you. Then I support you to develop skills and strategies to meet the goals you've defined and set, do check-ins to make sure you’re getting what you expect and, ultimately, a strengthened ability to live the life you want to lead. I am also experienced in responding to Critical Incidents in workplaces, developing and delivering training to organisations, Vocational Counselling, and providing Drug and Alcohol Counselling. I am a registered Psychologist based in Greensborough VIC, providing session in person, online, or over the phone.
