About Me

I am a warm and non-judgemental collaborative therapist who can help you feel comfortable to open up and make lasting changes, increase self understanding and process past distress. I work with compassion to support you with present challenges, past experiences and life transitions. I can help in the treatment of mental health issues, recovery from stressful or traumatic experiences and help you develop better understanding of yourself and your choices. I can help you with: anxiety, depression, pregnancy and post natal support, PTSD/traumatic experiences, grief and bereavement, menopause, work stress, adjustment to new situations including parenting, relocation, migration and other life transitions. ​ With training in psychotherapy and professional experience in clinical mental health, I have the skills and knowledge to assess your situation and provide targeted effective therapy. ​
