About Me

I am a compassionate and dedicated psychologist with a passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges. Since completing my Master’s in Clinical Psychology in India in 2013, I have been committed to fostering emotional well-being and personal growth in my clients. After relocating to Melbourne, I further enhanced my skills by earning a Master’s in Professional Psychology at Monash University, allowing me to connect deeply with diverse communities and broaden my expertise. I adopt a warm, client-centred approach to therapy, tailoring evidence-based strategies to meet the unique needs of each individual. My therapeutic style integrates EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), all aimed at empowering my clients to overcome obstacles and thrive. I work with clients across all age groups and specialize in PTSD, anxiety management, phobias, ASD, ADHD, and behavior management, I am also experienced in supporting clients through Work Cover, TAC, and NDIS frameworks. What sets me apart is my holistic approach to care. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel heard and understood. My goal is to help individuals heal, build resilience, and live meaningful, balanced lives. Outside of my professional life, I find joy and inspiration in yoga, meditation, hiking, art, music, and spending time in nature. These activities reflect my commitment to maintaining balance and self-care, principles I encourage my clients to incorporate into their own lives.
