About Me
I’m a Clinical Psychologist Registrar based in East Victoria Park, Western Australia. I’m passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I hold a Bachelor of Psychology, a Master of Applied Psychology (Professional), and a Master of Applied Psychology (Clinical). This educational journey has provided me with the skills and knowledge to support individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges, always with warmth, compassion, and evidence-based care. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related difficulties, including PTSD. I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful therapy that can help individuals process and recover from distressing experiences. I also support clients navigating substance use (AOD), chronic pain, sleep difficulties, stress management, gender/transgender issues and relationship concerns. I have an interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), offering assessments and personalised strategies to help clients better understand themselves and navigate everyday challenges. I am also able to see self-managed NDIS clients and am happy to work alongside your support team to ensure care is integrated and aligned with your NDIS goals. I take a collaborative, client-centred approach, tailoring each treatment plan to help clients develop healthy, practical coping strategies to reduce the impact of stress and improve overall wellbeing.
