Hi, Iām Sara ā a registered Psychologist based in Melbourne and founder of Mindflow Psychology. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a safe and supportive space to make sense of your experiences, explore what matters most to you, and create meaningful, lasting change. I work with adults navigating stress, burnout, trauma, life transitions, motherhood and matrescence, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and the challenges of perfectionism and self-criticism. Iām also experienced in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, substance use, and complex trauma. My style integrates evidence-based approaches including ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic and family systems frameworks ā always tailored to your unique needs, story, and goals.
