About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist, passionate about helping clients reach their wellbeing goals. I work with a range of presentations and choose the most appropriate, evidence-based treatment to help you regain and maintain your mental health and to live your best life. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for everyone to explore and express their thoughts, emotions and identity, including neuro-diverse and LGBTQI+ people. I believe an important component of psychology is a good therapeutic relationship, where you are accepted as you are and supported as you work toward your personal wellbeing goals. I have a particular interest in helping people who have been involved in high-demand, high-control groups, cults, or religions. Many former members find it difficult to recover and need support to understand what has happened to them, heal their trauma, and let go of fear and shame. Untangling your experience also includes discovering your authentic self, thinking for yourself, making your own decisions, and learning to trust yourself and others. I am trained in Post-Cult Counselling, and I work via video Telehealth across Australia.
