Hi, I’m Katie, a Clinical Psychologist working in New Farm Brisbane. Whether it's anxiety, perfectionism, or feeling like an imposter, I work with people who find themselves caught in overthinking and self-criticism cycles. My goal is to help you understand what's driving these pattens, so you can feel more calm, capable, and connected again. I have a special interest in working with professionals, athletes, and high achievers who experience anxiety, obsessive tendencies or imposter feelings. Together, we'll focus on building practical tools to manage anxiety, ease perfectionism, and shift from relentless self-pressure to genuine self-confidence. In our sessions, you'll find a warm, supportive and evidence-based space where we focus on your goals and meaningful change - not through pushing harder, but through understanding yourself more deeply.
