About Me
I am passionate and experienced in providing evidence-based treatment to all my clients and tailor interventions to suit each unique individual. I have an avid interest in the diagnostic processes and treatment approaches relating to Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) particularly for females, as both conditions are widely misdiagnosed in women, often coined as anxiety-related disorders or Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I am constantly learning, growing and critically reflecting on my practice to continue supporting clients in a trauma-informed and neurodiverse affirming manner. I am committed to providing evidence-based treatment utilising psychological frameworks. I am trained specifically in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Based Therapy and Mindfulness. I have invaluable lived experience as a neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individual. I am dedicated to creating a safe space for all, in order to assist individuals to reflect, process and make changes to their lives.
