About Me

Seeking support takes courage, and reaching out is an important first step. I’m here to help you move toward meaningful, lasting change. I offer a space where you can explore what matters most and build a life that feels genuine and fulfilling. I work with adults across a range of challenges, with a particular focus on ADHD. This includes ADHD assessment and support for finding helpful strategies, improving daily functioning, understanding attention and emotion regulation, and building self-acceptance. I also support clients presenting with anxiety, depression, rumination, life transitions, work or study stress, relationship challenges, feeling directionless, career uncertainty, and addictive behaviours. I have a strong interest in working with women and mothers. This includes supporting women with ADHD (late diagnosis, identity shifts, emotional regulation, and executive functioning challenges), as well as those navigating pregnancy, the post-birth period, and parenting stress. I also provide non-directive pregnancy counselling. I recognise that every person’s experiences are unique. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you, drawing on evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and positive psychology. Sessions with me are warm, respectful, and non-judgmental. Whether you’re managing long-standing difficulties or navigating something new, I’m here to support your growth, clarity, and wellbeing. Let’s begin this journey together.
