I support individuals struggling with addictions, including pornography, alcohol, gambling, gaming, social media, and other compulsive behaviours, to regain control, reduce shame, and rebuild meaningful lives. As an online psychologist specialising in men’s mental health and addiction, I work with adults who feel burned out, stuck, overwhelmed by stress, or trapped in cycles of overthinking, perfectionism, and unhelpful habits that are hard to break alone. Many of the people I work with describe feeling disconnected from themselves, their relationships, and the life they want to be living. They may be successful in many areas of life yet privately struggling with patterns that leave them feeling guilty, isolated, or unable to switch off. For some, the challenge is navigating urges and cravings; for others, it’s the weight of shame, self-criticism, or the pressure to “hold it all together.” If this resonates, you’re not alone and support is available. My therapeutic approach is practical, compassionate, non-judgmental, and responsive to each person’s individual story. I integrate Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and motivational and behavioural strategies. Together, we work to build awareness of thoughts, emotions, and habits; reduce avoidance and self-criticism; challenge unhelpful patterns; and cultivate psychological flexibility. The goal is not perfection, but meaningful change grounded in your values, strengths, and identity. Therapy with me offers a safe and supportive space to pause, reflect, and gain clarity.
