I’m a Melbourne-based psychologist supporting adults, adolescents and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in unhelpful patterns. I work with anxiety, ADHD, burnout, relationship difficulties, illness, injury or health anxiety and life transitions, using a collaborative and practical approach. My style is thoughtful, warm, and direct. I focus on helping clients understand what’s driving their emotions and behaviours, develop emotional regulation skills, and make meaningful, sustainable change. Sessions are available in Melbourne and via telehealth across Australia.
