About Me
Kyriann is a registered psychologist with a strong foundation in evidence-based therapies. She provides tailored interventions for individuals experiencing a range of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodevelopmental conditions. Having worked across both clinical and forensic settings, Kyriann has experience supporting clients with complex presentations, including personality disorders, intellectual disabilities, and major mental health concerns. She is particularly interested in psychological assessment, to support diagnosis and treatment planning. Kyriann is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes. She integrates therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and is schema-informed, adapting her approach to best meet each client’s needs. Currently completing her master’s degree in clinical psychology, Kyriann is committed to ongoing learning and professional development. When not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with family, adventuring with her dog, and immersing herself in music.
