About Matt Works with Adults 18+ I’m Matt, a psychologist dedicated to helping you better understand and accept yourself. Low Mood: Exploring what holds you back and identifying pathways to renewed energy and focus. How I Work I take a practical, brain-based approach, helping you understand how past experiences influence behaviours and emotions. Together, we’ll explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, working towards creating sustainable changes that feel authentic to you. Session Fees and Rebates Standard Sessions (8 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday): $220 per session. After-Hours Sessions (After 5 PM and Saturdays): $250 per session. Payments are processed securely at the end of each session, with Visa, Mastercard, and digital wallets accepted.
