You may want to learn to regulate your mood so your low moods have less impact on your day-to-day life. You might want to learn to relate better to others. You might want to learn more about yourself and your values and how this could impact on behaviour and on others. You might be struggling with changes and want to learn how to struggle less or to integrate these changes into your life in an easier way. You want to live your most enhanced life. I offer you the opportunity to learn new perspectives, to think about what's happening from a different angle. When we learn to manage our thoughts we can alter how we feel and make choices about our behaviour. I teach clients about mindfulness, the benefits of exercise and about how to manage our thoughts and behaviour effectively. I want to help you where you are at right now. I want to learn about you, about your experiences and how you feel. I want to learn about how or where you'd like to be. You are the expert on you and I combine that with my expertise to help you to learn how to shift and manage your struggles so you can become that person you'd like to be.
