About me
You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or locked in the same painful patterns—whether in your relationships, your sense of self, or your ability to feel safe in the world. Maybe you’ve tried to push through it, but the anxiety, shame, or emotional exhaustion keeps coming back. You may not have words for what’s wrong, but you know something needs to change. Whether you’re navigating the aftermath of trauma, struggling in your relationship, or feeling trapped by intense emotions or inner criticism, therapy can offer a space to breathe, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to heal.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, you’re not alone. Many clients I see are carrying invisible pain—trauma, relationship struggles, or harsh self-criticism that won’t let up. I offer therapy that’s steady, practical, and tailored to help you find clarity, strength, and emotional connection—with yourself and with others who matter most.
Struggling with trauma, PTSD, personality disorders or relationship wounds? Stuck in the same pain emotional cycle? I specialize in complex trauma recovery, attachment-based therapy for personality disorders, and psychoanalytically informed couples work. My approach blends somatic healing, and relational repair to help you move from survival to thriving.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience working in mental health, education, and psychotherapy. I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology. I am the founder of Citizen of the World International, an organisation that delivers psychoanalytical psychotherapy services and mental health training to a global audience. My clinical work draws on a range of therapeutic models including cognitive behavioural therapy, object relations therapy, psychoanalytical psychotherapy, relational approaches, and transtheoretical models.
