About Me
At Wren Psychology, our therapy approach is characterised by warmth, friendliness, and collaboration, creating a safe and comfortable space for our clients to work towards their therapeutic goals. We take the time to listen and form individualised treatment plans to address clinical concerns, navigate difficult life events, and regain balance to their lives. We utilise collaborative evidence-based treatments plans to achieve best outcomes. We offer face-to-face psychology appointments at our practice in Islington Newcastle, online telehealth sessions, and walk-and-talk outdoor therapy sessions. Recognising that the traditional therapy room may not suit everyone, we appreciate the appeal of a more casual outdoor setting, which can create a sense of comfort and relaxation for some individuals. Adjacent to our practice is Islington Park, which offers a convenient and tranquil location for these outdoor sessions. Gabrielle is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about hearing people’s unique stories, individualising therapy, and helping people overcome life challenges. Gabrielle values authenticity and compassion, and uses a collaborative approach to promote meaningful change and empower clients to continue working independently outside the therapy room. Gabrielle works with children, adolescents, and adults. She has a particular interest in panic attacks and OCD, and has experience with a range of presentations including mood disorders, ADHD, and assessments for children and adults.
