About Me

Jessica is a clinical psychologist that works with adults with a range of presenting issues. She has about 10 years of experience working with anxiety disorders (e.g. social anxiety, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, & PTSD), depression, and eating disorders (Binge Eating Disorder & Bulimia). She also has a special interest in perinatal psychology, since having children herself. She supports clients by providing them with a safe therapeutic space but also by encouraging the use of strategies to work towards goals and improving mental health and wellbeing. Jessica draws upon evidence-based approaches but tailors treatment to individual client needs. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Schema Therapy (ST). Jessica is aware that seeing a psychologist can be a daunting and anxiety-provoking experience for some at first. Therefore, she ensures that she always greets clients with a friendly, warm, genuine, and approachable manner. She welcomes any questions that someone may have about therapy, as well as feedback about their therapeutic experience.
