About Me

Hello! I'm a psychologist and board-approved supervisor. I have extensive experience working with individuals impacted by trauma (including complex PTSD), addiction, self-harm, and eating disorders. I also support people navigating the challenges of relationship difficulties, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. My integrative therapy style draws on evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Schema Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic approaches, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). As a trained yoga teacher, I incorporate somatic practices into my work. I’m also trained in psychedelic preparation and integration, as well as the Safe and Sound Protocol to support nervous system regulation. I believe that each person is doing the best they can with the resources available to them. I offer respectful and compassionate support to help you develop more adaptive patterns, strengthen your support systems, and reconnect with your innate wisdom and healing potential. I provide a genuine therapeutic connection and work with people from all walks of life. You can expect a warm, open-minded, compassionate, and relational approach to therapy. When I take off my psychologist hat, you’ll likely find me exploring the wild, tending to my plants, listening to music, practising yoga, or diving into my own shadow work.
