About Me
Jasmin is a clinical psychologist who works with young people and adults, assisting them to achieve their full potential. Her affirming approach utilises compassion, warmth and authenticity to support individuals in identifying personal goals and creating meaningful life changes. Jasmin specialises in treating mental health challenges related to anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, substance use, interpersonal issues and trauma. Jasmin collaborates with clients to develop individualised treatment plans, utilising evidence-based interventions including schema therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), self-compassion therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT). Jasmin is approved by the Psychology Board of Australia to provide clinical supervision to provisional and early career psychologists who hold a general Ahpra registration. She has experience supervising psychologists treating mood disorders, neurodiversity, personality disorders, cognitive difficulties, substance use disorders, high-risk behaviours and forensic related concerns. She has previous experience working in multidisciplinary teams in primary and tertiary mental health and forensic settings. Additionally, she has extensive experience conducting psychometric and structured professional judgement assessments, including comprehensive risk and psychosocial assessments.
