About Me
Hi, I’m Kerry, a Registered Psychologist with over 13 years of clinical experience, and almost two decades supporting people through workplace injuries, adjustment, and recovery. I work with adults 18+ and I have a special interest in trauma, chronic pain, neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism), workplace injuries, and supporting veterans. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and evidence-based care. I draw on a range of therapeutic models, including CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing-but more importantly, I take the time to understand what matters to you. Together, we’ll work at your pace, focusing on what feels safe, manageable, and meaningful to you in the context of your life. Many of the people I support are living with the emotional impact of trauma, prolonged stress, sensory overload, burnout, or masking-often without having the language for it until much later in life. Whether you’re wanting to explore your neurotype, navigating chronic pain, or recovering from a workplace injury or military experience, my goal is to offer a respectful, validating space where you can feel seen and supported—without pressure to ‘fix’ or change who you are. As someone with lived experience of late-identified neurodivergence, I understand how powerful it can be to finally make sense of yourself through a lens of understanding rather than shame. I have a particular interest in working with adults who’ve internalised their struggles, developed strong coping or masking strategies, or whose experiences may have been overlooked-especially women. I offer both diagnostic assessment and ongoing therapeutic support, always through a strengths-based lens that honours your unique way of being. You're the expert in your own life -I'm here to walk alongside you as we work together to create space for clarity, self-compassion, and meaningful change.
