About Me
I'm a therapist who’s curious about what shapes us — especially through the lens of relationships, early experiences, and the ways we’ve learned to cope. I work with adults who are looking to better understand themselves, make sense of their emotions, and shift unhelpful patterns that may be getting in the way of how they relate to others (and to themselves). My approach is warm, collaborative, and gently inquisitive. I draw primarily from psychodynamic therapy, which means we’ll go beyond surface-level symptoms to explore the deeper patterns and experiences that influence your life now. This isn’t about quick fixes or generic advice. It’s about creating a space that feels safe, steady, and real — where you can explore, reflect, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
