About Me

Hi my name is Cindy and I am a clinical psychologist. I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem/worth, difficult childhood experiences/trauma, and burnout. Together we can explore how your past experiences shape how you feel about yourself, your patterns of relationships, and what you do to cope (e.g. people pleasing, worrying, perfectionism). We can work to break those unhelpful patterns and create a more meaningful life/ relationships. My goal is to help you to learn strategies to feel calmer, empowered, stronger sense of who you are and more at peace with yourself. I also have a strong interest to support parents to understand how their upbringing impacts their parenting and help them to learn how to be a calm kind leader for the kids. Moreover I love supporting neurodivergent clients to understand how their brain better, how to work with vs against how their brain work and to foster more self understanding and acceptance. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space for you to express, reflect, and learn new skills. The first step of therapy is to reach out. I will be there with you along the way.
