Many high-achieving professionals appear to be coping, but privately struggle with anxiety, burnout, or the feeling that something’s “off.” If this sounds familiar, I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface - and work toward practical, meaningful change. I use evidence-based therapies tailored to your needs, with a particular focus on anxiety (including social anxiety), perfectionism, stress, body image concerns, depression and life transitions. I also provide adult autism and ADHD assessments - especially for those who’ve masked traits for years and are now seeking clarity about how their brain works. Before becoming a psychologist, I spent 25 years in law and professional services. I understand the pressures of high-performance workplaces, and my research explored how workplace stress impacts mental health in lawyers.
