Everyone says you’re “doing great” but you’re not feeling “great.” You might feel disconnected from yourself, unsure who you are anymore, or like life doesn’t quite fit (even though you’re doing all the “right” things). If you’re high-achieving feeling burnt out or anxious, therapy can support you to slow things down, understand what’s driving the pattern, and build more sustainable boundaries and coping strategies.
I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based telehealth therapy for burnout and anxiety, especially in high-achieving people-pleasers. Using ACT and elements of EFT, we’ll explore what’s driving your patterns and develop practical strategies (boundaries, coping skills, values-led choices) tailored to you.
