About me

Jase is a registered psychologist who works with adults and young adults with a broad range of emotional and psychological concerns. His main areas of interest include anxiety, complex trauma, ADHD, attachment injuries, relationship issues, emotional burnout and existential issues such as life meaning, identity and purpose.

Jase uses a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), personalising each approach to suit the needs and goals of the patient.

With experience across public hospitals, the Department of Veteran Affairs, academic settings and private practice, Jase brings both clinical insight and compassion to his work. He offers a calm, open and affirming therapeutic space where humour is welcomed and self-compassion is encouraged.

Influenced by Eastern philosophy, Jase sees connection to self and to the world around us as central to psychological wellbeing. He is LGBTQIA+ informed and committed to inclusive, client-centred care.
