Hello. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive place for people experiencing challenges that are impacting on their wellbeing and living their life in the way they choose. I work with people from all walks of life and my practice is underpinned by values of compassion, kindness, integrity and respect.
I have a special interest in perinatal mental health, including anxiety and depression, perinatal trauma, adjustment to parenting, perinatal loss and grandparent grief.
I also have experience working with trauma including PTSD, chronic pain, anxiety, depression and chronic health conditions.
I am also a Registered Nurse and bring many years of experience working with and supporting people with their health across the lifespan.
