I am a warm and non-judgemental collaborative therapist who can help you feel comfortable to open up and make lasting changes, increase self understanding and process past distress. I work with compassion to support you with present challenges, past experiences and life transitions.

I can help in the treatment of mental health issues, recovery from stressful or traumatic experiences and help you develop better understanding of yourself and your choices.
I can help you with: anxiety, depression, pregnancy and post natal support, PTSD/traumatic experiences, grief and bereavement, menopause, work stress, adjustment to new situations including parenting, relocation, migration and other life transitions.

With training in psychotherapy and professional experience in clinical mental health, I have the skills and knowledge to assess your situation and provide targeted effective therapy.
