About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist offering thoughtful, depth-oriented therapy for adults who want more than symptom management alone. My work is grounded, relational, and trauma-informed, with a strong emphasis on understanding the inner patterns that shape how we feel, relate, and live.

Many of the people I work with are insightful, capable, and emotionally attuned — yet find themselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or repeating patterns that no longer serve them. Others come to therapy during periods of transition, loss, or identity change, wanting a space where their inner world can be met with care and curiosity rather than rushed solutions.

Therapy with me is collaborative and reflective. I aim to create a space that feels steady, human, and emotionally safe — where difficult experiences can be explored at a pace that respects both your nervous system and your story. I am particularly attentive to the ways past relationships, trauma, and early experiences continue to shape present-day emotions, behaviours, and sense of self.

I work integratively, drawing on relational and psychodynamic principles, attachment-based approaches, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, mindfulness-based practices, and EMDR, which I can offer as a standalone trauma therapy where appropriate. Therapy is tailored carefully rather than applied as a one-size-fits-all model, with attention to depth, nuance, and meaning-making alongside practical support.

I work with adults experiencing:
Trauma and complex trauma
Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
Depression and low mood
Relationship and attachment difficulties
Identity questions, life transitions, and burnout
Patterns of self-criticism, over-functioning, or emotional disconnection

I see therapy as a place where the psyche can be met — with respect, honesty, and warmth — and where change emerges through understanding, relationship, and integration over time.
