About me

I offer services to both children and adults in person or via Telehealth. I currently work in private practice and in the education space. I have previously worked in a forensic setting. I provide support for a broad range of issues such as those described under the heading “Issues”. I also work with challenges associated with separation.

I aim to help you to make sense of things and understand yourself better, help you to resolve complicated feelings, or find ways to live with them, help you to recognise unhelpful patterns and find ways to change them. I support clients with current or long-term challenges.

I provide other additional therapies to those mentioned under the heading “Therapeutic Approaches” such as Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals (EFT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

I am registered to provide support for Workcover clients. I accept referrals under NDIS.

I am a member of the EMDR Association of Australia (EMDRAA).

If you feel that I may be able to assist you with any of the issues mentioned above or would like to discuss if I can help with any other challenges not mentioned, then please don’t hesitate to reach out. Best wishes
