About me

Hi! I’m Nina. I am a Registered Psychologist, and a Board Approved Supervisor. I have provided clinical interventions to individuals while working in a variety of settings including non-government organisations, headspace, the NSW Department of Education, and private practice.

I am enthusiastic and passionate, I value connection, and I bring a positive outlook to challenges by using a client-centered, culturally, and trauma informed approach. I incorporate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while flexibly drawing upon elements of other evidence-based therapies to meet the individual needs of my clients.

I have worked with a range of clients with varying concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD management, low self-esteem, social skills, trauma, suicide ideation, self-harm, anger management, relationship concerns, and personality disorders.
