Telehealth only: phone/video. I have 14 years of clinical experience.

Bulk Billing for adults struggling financially. I am also partnered with One Door Mental Health with the You in Mind (YIM) and Clinical Suicide Prevention Service (CSPS) programs. Your GP can refer you to YIM with a Mental Health Treatment Plan to access 12 free sessions. GP can access SWSPHN referral forms on the SWSpHN website.

I do NOT see clients who require any court reports or are going through Family/Criminal Court matters.

I can help you through your situation and challenges by using evidence based therapeutic models to assist in managing and overcoming these difficulties. Treatment modalities include: CBT, Trauma focused therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, Schema Therapy, problem solving and more.
