About me

I’m Sal, a psychologist, and first and foremost, a fellow human. 🙂

My interest in psychology began back in Year 11 and 12 when I chose it as an elective, and I have never lost touch with the field since.

In my practice, I am wholeheartedly dedicated to the issues my clients bring to sessions. I invest fully in exploring ways to bring about progress, improvement, and solutions through open discussion, idea sharing, and reflection on different perspectives.

When working with children, my approach is collaborative, involving not only the child but also their family and wider support network, tailored to their age and needs. With adults, I naturally encourage active participation at a pace and capacity that feels right for them, and together we develop methods and strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes.

At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy is two humans, each with unique expertise, coming together to focus on the client’s priorities.

Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to see whether I can support you. I’d be happy to answer your questions and offer clarity on how I can help.
