About me

I am a psychotherapist and mental health nurse with more than ten years’ experience in public and private mental health. I have worked across inpatient, crisis, rehabilitation and community settings with adults and young people experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction and substance use, psychosis, relationship difficulties and other longstanding problems.

I work particularly with anxiety, depression, addiction and substance use, compulsive behaviours, relationship difficulties, questions of identity and recurring patterns that have been difficult to change. My background also enables me to work with people who have experienced psychosis, psychiatric treatment or more complex mental health difficulties.

Many people come because they feel caught in patterns that have been difficult to understand or change. The work provides a place to speak freely, find one’s own voice and develop a way forward that is particular to the individual.
