About me
Many people who come to me are capable and committed, but something in their internal experience isn’t matching how they want to show up. They might be navigating performance pressure in sport, the arts, a professional role, or study. They might be managing anxiety, processing difficult experiences, or noticing patterns that keep getting in the way. This work is for anyone who cares deeply about how they live and what they do.
I’m a Counselling and Clinical Psychologist with particular expertise in performance psychology, anxiety, and trauma. My approach is integrative, drawing on EMDR, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy within a collaborative, evidence-based framework. Having competed in cycling at state, national, and world masters levels, I understand the relationship between pressure, discipline, and self-compassion from the inside.
Together we explore what’s underneath, build new ways of responding, and develop the psychological capacity to move forward in a way that reflects your values and supports the life you’re working towards.
Taking the first step can feel difficult, particularly if you’re someone who is used to managing things on your own. Therapy here isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about understanding what’s getting in the way and building capacity for something different. If any of this resonates, I’d welcome the opportunity to work with you.
Sessions are available in person in Albert Park, Melbourne, and online across Australia.
