About me

I’m a clinical psychologist with experience working in private practice, providing therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. I enjoy supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transition challenges, stress, and difficulties with emotion regulation. I’m most passionate about working with clients who struggle with perfectionism, high self-expectations, and a harsh inner critic, and who wish to shift from reactive patterns of behaviour to more intentional, values-guided responses.

I draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, tailoring treatment to meet each individual’s unique needs. Above all, I aim to create a collaborative, warm, and authentic therapeutic environment where clients feel supported, understood, and free from judgment.

In addition to therapy, I also have a keen interest in psychometric assessment. I have experience in conducting assessments for learning disorders, ADHD and autism in children and adolescents. My report writing style is thorough and comprehensive, covering all aspects of the clinical picture while also placing emphasis on the next steps after a diagnosis.
