About me
Many people come to The Liminal Clinic feeling exhausted from constantly trying to cope, adapt, or hold everything together while struggling underneath. You may be experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, ADHD burnout, autistic overwhelm, trauma, emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, or a sense that you’ve spent much of your life feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or different from those around you.
We provide affirming, evidence-based psychological support for adults from diverse backgrounds, identities, relationships, and lived experiences. We are neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, TGDNB-affirming, and welcoming of people from kink, BDSM, furry, sex worker, HIV+, and non-traditional relationship communities. We also support people navigating sexual health, intimacy concerns, identity exploration, masking, minority stress, shame, stigma, and the impacts of chronic invalidation or exclusion.
Many of our clients are neurodivergent or exploring whether ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, trauma, sensory overwhelm, or identity-related experiences may help explain longstanding difficulties. We offer ADHD assessments, neurodivergence screening, WPATH assessments, and medium- to long-term therapy focused on meaningful and sustainable change, not just symptom reduction.
We also work with survivors of trauma, abuse, violence, and victims of crime, providing trauma-informed care that prioritises safety, collaboration, empowerment, and pacing. Our clinicians draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based therapies, EMDR, and EMDR 2.0, tailoring support to each person’s experiences, strengths, identity, and goals.
At The Liminal Clinic, we believe therapy should be a space where people feel genuinely seen, respected, supported, and safe to explore who they are without judgement.
