About me

Sarah is a Psychotherapist and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with more than 14 years of experience working in the field of mind-body disorders. She specialises in chronic pain, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), trauma recovery and Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS), and also works with people experiencing fibromyalgia, stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD.

At the heart of Sarah’s work is a simple philosophy: “Supporting clients to create authentic power within themselves, making what once felt difficult, easier.”

Sarah is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and their bodies, particularly when pain, trauma, fear or long-standing patterns have created a sense of disconnection. Her work focuses on helping clients develop a stronger and more secure relationship with themselves, understand the connection between the mind, emotions, nervous system and body, and discover new possibilities beyond the patterns that have kept them feeling stuck.

Sarah brings warmth, curiosity and genuine presence to her work, creating an open and authentic therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences without judgement. Rather than relying on a single therapeutic model, she draws from a range of evidence-informed and mind-body approaches according to the individual needs of each client.

Her approach incorporates Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassionate Inquiry, somatic and body-based therapy, neuroplasticity, mindfulness, meditation, inner-child work and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Sarah works predominantly online, making therapy accessible to clients across Australia.
