About me

You may be questioning Autism or ADHD, living with a diagnosis, trying to make sense of past experiences, feeling burnt out, or simply wondering why something in your life doesn’t quite add up.

I’m a psychologist with particular experience in Autism, ADHD and AuDHD, but my work isn’t limited to neurodivergence. I work with adults who want to understand themselves more clearly — their patterns, relationships, emotions, experiences and the things that keep getting in the way.

We start with what’s happening for you.

My approach is integrative and shaped around the individual rather than a prescribed model. Depending on what is useful, our work might involve regulation and practical strategies, or looking more closely at the experiences, assumptions and patterns underneath what is happening.

You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. You can be highly capable and struggling, rational and deeply intuitive. My job is to help you make sense of the pieces, so you have more choice about what you do next.

Understanding yourself changes what becomes possible.
