About me
Hi, I’m Karen and I’m a registered psychologist on the beautiful south coast of NSW. My background is in primary school teaching where I developed a passion for understanding both learning and developmental difficulties.
I then moved into my career as a psychologist and remained in schools for many years. I utilised my knowledge of how children learn to provide parents with comprehensive learning and developmental assessments that could support their child.
Currently, I work for an emergency service and in my own private practice. I work extensively with people who have experienced a trauma, or multiple traumas. I work across all ages, whether it be in therapy or assessment. I also have an interest in assessing for ASD and ADHD across the life span.
I love to travel and have a cat. She was handed to me as a stray and I couldn’t refuse!
