About me

I’m a psychologist who believes that nothing about you is “too much”, broken, or wrong. The ways you’ve learned to cope make sense in the context of what you’ve lived through, even the parts of you that feel confusing, frustrating, or hard to live with.

My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the many layers that make up a person. I’m especially interested in the inner worlds we carry; The vulnerable parts that have learned to protect us, the strong parts that keep us going, and the tired parts that just want things to feel easier.

I aim to create a space that feels safe, human, and non-judgemental. A space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or be “put together” to belong. We go gently, at your pace, with care for what you’ve been carrying.

I bring over 21 years of clinical experience into this work, alongside a deep respect for each person’s unique story and inner world.
