I strive to establish a caring and authentic connection with each of my clients, offering a safe and supported environment where you can fully engage in the therapeutic process. My aim is to help you fully explore what brought you to therapy and achieve the outcomes you are hoping for. Recognising that every person is unique, I am trained in various therapeutic modalities including EMDR, Attachment-Focussed EMDR, Ego-State Therapy (parts work), Emotion Focussed Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Exposure Therapy (don’t worry if you don’t have any idea what some or all of these are – we will work together to find the best approach for you and your needs). I have a deep passion for trauma work, as well as supporting clients with sexual issues using a sex-positive approach. While I currently work primarily with adults, I always make room for at least one teenager or young adult (age 14+). I am a proud ally of the LBGTQIA+ community. I offer highly discounted rates to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples in an effort to remove barriers to support-seeking.
