I’m Daniel, a psychologist at Brightwell Psychology. I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain due to addictive behaviors, anxiety, stress, or major life transitions. Many clients come to me struggling with pornography, gambling, substance use, or compulsive technology habits that interfere with their relationships, work, or sense of self.

Together, we focus on practical strategies and psychological tools that reduce distress, restore control, and build a life aligned with your values. My approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you:
